We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed your expectations. If you're not satisfied with our work, we will work with you to resolve any issues before considering refunds.

2. Discovery and Consulting Services

2.1 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once delivered:

  • Initial consultation and requirement gathering
  • Project discovery and analysis
  • Technical feasibility studies
  • Project planning and estimation
  • Architecture design and documentation

2.2 Why These Are Non-Refundable

These services involve significant intellectual effort and time investment. Once delivered, the knowledge and insights cannot be "returned" as they become part of your project's foundation.

2.3 Partial Refunds for Discovery

In exceptional circumstances where we cannot complete the discovery phase due to our own limitations, we may offer a partial refund based on work completed and time invested.

3. Development and Implementation Services

3.1 Milestone-Based Refunds

For development projects, refunds are calculated based on project milestones and work completed:

Refund Structure by Project Stage

  • Planning Phase (0-10%): 90% refund available
  • Design Phase (10-25%): 75% refund available
  • Development Phase (25-75%): 25-50% refund available
  • Testing Phase (75-90%): 10-25% refund available
  • Final Delivery (90-100%): No refund available

3.2 Refund Calculation

Refund amounts are calculated as follows:

  • Total project cost minus work completed value
  • Work completed value = (Percentage completed × Total cost) + Administrative fees
  • Administrative fees: 15% of total project cost

4. Maintenance and Support Services

4.1 Monthly/Annual Subscriptions

For ongoing maintenance and support services:

  • Monthly Plans: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual Plans: Pro-rated refunds for unused months
  • Quarterly Plans: Pro-rated refunds for unused quarters

4.2 Support Package Refunds

Support packages are non-refundable once services have been utilized. Unused support hours may be carried forward to the next billing cycle or refunded at our discretion.

5. Project Cancellation Process

5.1 Cancellation Request

To cancel a project, you must:

  • Submit a written cancellation request via email
  • Provide clear reasons for cancellation
  • Specify the desired cancellation date
  • Return any project materials or deliverables

5.2 Cancellation Timeline

Project cancellation will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your request. During this period, we will:

  • Assess work completed to date
  • Calculate refund amount (if applicable)
  • Prepare project handover documentation
  • Process refund within 15 business days

5.3 Project Handover

Upon cancellation, we will provide:

  • All completed work and deliverables
  • Project documentation and source code
  • Technical specifications and requirements
  • Project status report

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:

  • Bank transfers: 3-5 business days
  • Online payments: 5-10 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days

6.2 Refund Documentation

You will receive:

  • Refund confirmation email
  • Refund receipt and transaction details
  • Updated project status

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we may offer:

  • Project postponement without additional charges
  • Full refunds if services cannot be delivered
  • Alternative delivery methods if possible

7.2 Quality Issues

If we fail to meet agreed quality standards:

  • We will fix issues at no additional cost
  • If issues cannot be resolved, full refunds will be provided
  • Compensation for any demonstrable losses may be considered

7.3 Client Bankruptcy or Insolvency

If a client becomes bankrupt or insolvent:

  • All outstanding payments become immediately due
  • No refunds will be provided for completed work
  • Project materials will be retained until payment is received

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage resolving any disputes through direct communication. Most issues can be resolved amicably through discussion and mutual understanding.

8.2 Formal Dispute Process

If informal resolution fails:

  1. Submit a formal complaint in writing
  2. We will respond within 5 business days
  3. If unresolved, mediation may be suggested
  4. Legal proceedings as a last resort

8.3 Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
